Holy Days

Following on from her success in adapting Joy Cowley's short story, The Silk, to screen, Nathalie Boltt has written a screenplay adaptation of Joy Cowley's novel, Holy Days. The story follows Brian, an eight year old boy, coming to terms with the loss of his mother. He forms an unusual bond with a trio of elderly nuns and together they embark on a life-affirming adventure to the South Island of New Zealand in an attempt to save their crumbling convent.
